- Autopay feature enables the bank to automatically debit your account and pay the bill.
- This facility is available for select billers who send details of bills due to the bank for online display and payment.
- When you add a new biller for bill payment through Internet, you can define autopay settings.
- Select the Yes option for autopay settings and select the account from which the payment will be made when bills are due.
- Specify the autopay limit up to which this account will be debited to pay the bill.
- Autopay does not require you to login to make the payment. Autopay is triggered two days before the bill due date.
- You will receive an SMS on you mobile after the bill is paid successfully
- Setting a limit for autopay helps safeguard your interests.
- Please note that if funds are insufficient in your account, the payment will fail.
- Similarly if a bill exceeds the autopay limit you need to manually pay the bill through Internet banking.
