About Profile Password

The Profile Password provides an additional layer of security to your accounts. Whenever you access any functionality in the Profile tab you need to authenticate yourself with your Profile Password.

You must mandatorily set your profile password when you login to the Internet banking website for the first time. The Profile password must be different from the login password. Ensure that you set a profile password that consists of a combination or numbers, letters and special characters so that it remains difficult to crack. Ensure that you memorize the password.

How to set Profile Password?

When you login to the Internet banking application for the first time, you are requested to set the profile password. Enter the profile password. Ensure that your password is a combination of letters in upper and lower case, digits and special characters, so that it is difficult to crack. Reenter the same to confirm the password. Click [Submit].

How to reset Profile Password?

If you have forgotten the profile password, you can approach the branch to reset the password.
